Our hotel is open

We are pleased that we can still welcome our guests. Unfortunately under very strict measures. We have adjusted our working method and our spaces on a number of points. This allows you to enjoy a safe and relaxed stay in our hotel. You can read all about it on this page.

PLEASE NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT!
Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.

Despite the stricter measures from the government, you are welcome in our hotel.

Your safety and health, and that of our employees, are central to this. We continue to follow the guidelines from the government and on this page you will find all the information about measures taken. To this end, we have adjusted our working method and spaces with the guidelines of the government. This allows you to enjoy a safe and relaxed stay in our hotel.

Face masks are mandatory in our hotel.

It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below:

Overnight stay

We look forward to welcoming you in person, showing you around and answering all the question, you might have. On arrival you can disinfect your hands in the lobby.

We will ensure hospitable check-in with 1,5 metres distance for you. All our staff members have been instructed how to proceed with regard to COVID-19. Preferably to check-in alone, we try to avoid unnecessary crowds in the lobby.

At this time, wearing a face mask is MANDATORY for all guests and employees in public areas. You should therefore carry these everywhere in the hotel, unless you are in your hotel room. Unfortunately we cannot grant you access if you are not wearing a face mask.

Every day professional cleaners clean our rooms and the door handles, besides (stair) handrails, lift buttons are cleaned several times a day.

Throughout the hotel you will find clearly visible floor stickers and directions, which route you should follow.

Payment in the entire hotel is only allowed by pin or creditcard.

Food & Drinks

Breakfast
Unfortunately, breakfast may no longer be served in our restaurant. Hotel guest can use our adapted breakfast buffet. Reservations are required for this, please contact our Front Desk.

Lunch
Unfortunately, due to the measures according to Corona, we no longer can serve a lunch.

Dinner
Unfortunately we are not allowed to serve our hotel guests (with room) lunch/dinner in our restaurant. You can order something from the room and then pick it up downstairs or we can bring roomservice to your room (to be consumed in the room afterwards).

Unfortunately, guests without an overnight stay are also not allowed to have lunch or dinner at this time. Furthermore, our kitchen closes at 10 p.m. and you can only order food/drinks for take-away before that time. For your information: we are currently not allowed to serve alcohol after 8 p.m. and this may not be consumed after 8 p.m. This cannot be collected after this time.

Hotel bar
Unfortunately, these are also not open at the moment due to the measures.

Roomservice
Roomservice is possible until 10pm.

Fitness & Tanning bed

The gym area and the tanning bed are still closed.

Corona Measures

If a guest does not comply with (one of) the measures or instructions from the staff with regard to hygiene, safety and routing, the hotel is entitled to order you to leave the building and/or you deny access. The hotel is also entitled to recover any damage from non-compliance with these Covid-19 (Corona) rules.
