We are delighted that we are allowed to welcome guests. Did you know that our hotel never closed? In order to do so, we have adjusted our procedures and rooms in various ways, which allows you to have a safe and relaxing stay at our hotel. You will find all details on this page. Welcome!

PLEASE NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT!
Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.

Despite the stricter measures from the government, you are welcome in our hotel.

Your safety and health, and that of our employees, are central to this. We continue to follow the guidelines from the government and on this page you will find all the information about measures taken. To this end, we have adjusted our working method and spaces with the guidelines of the government. This allows you to enjoy a safe and relaxed stay in our hotel.

Face masks are mandatory in our hotel.

It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below:

Overnight stay

We look forward to welcoming you in person, showing you around and answering all the question, you might have. On arrival you can disinfect your hands in the lobby.

We will ensure hospitable check-in with 1,5 metres distance for you. All our staff members have been instructed how to proceed with regard to COVID-19. Preferably only check in, we try to avoid unnecessary crowds in the lobby.

For all our public and public indoor spaces where people stay standing (in a non-designated place) or walking, we urgently recommend wearing a nose and mouth mask.

Every day professional cleaners clean our rooms and the door handles, besides (stair) handrails, lift buttons are cleaned several times a day.

Throughout the hotel you will find clearly visible floor stickers and directions, which route you should follow.

If you haven’t made a reservation for the restaurant while booking your stay, we recommend doing so during check-in. Reservations for breakfast and dinner are required.

Payment in the entire hotel is only allowed by pin or creditcard.

Food & Drinks

Because of the new measures of October the 13th, our catering facilities are closed to outside guests. Our restaurant and hotel bar are open for hotel guests only.

Breakfast at the restaurant
Hotel guest can use our adapted breakfast buffet. Reservations are required for this, please contact our Front Desk.

Dinner
Hotel guests can take advantage of dinner in our hotel. Reservations are required. Our restaurant is open at 5pm and closing at 10pm. Contact our reception for more information.

Lunch
For our hotel guests is it possible to have lunch. This is possible from 11am or in our restaurant from 2pm. Reservations are required for this, contact our reception for more information.

Hotel bar
The hotel bar is open from 2pm for hotel guests only.

Alcohol
In view of the new measures of the 13th of October, we are no longer allowed to serve/sell alcoholic drinks after 8pm. Also, alcohol may not be consumed after 8pm outside the hotel room. These measures apply from the emergency ordinance of the Drenthe Safety region.

Roomservice
Roomservice is possible until 10pm.

In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely, we have drawn up a number of guidelines:

  • You are requested to state your preferred time to have breakfast and dinner while you book your stay on the website
  • Before you enter the restaurant, we will ask you some health-related questions (if you're a hotel guest we will ask you this during check-in)
  • You will be requested (mandatory) to disinfect your hands
  • Please, wait at the welcome desk. We will accompany you to your table
  • Keep 1,5 metres distance from our staff members and other guests
  • Arrows at our restaurant signal which way to walk and you are kindly requested to follow these
  • The preferred method of payment is by card or contact-free
  • For all our guests and public spaces where people stay standing we urgently recommend wearing a nose/mouth mask. The mask can be taken off at the designated place.

Holidays
During holidays we use different times:

  • On december 25th and 26th and January 1st, we serve breakfast from 8-10.30 am.
  • Our kitchen closes December 31st at 8 pm, our hotel bar closes at 10 pm.
  • No room service is available during New Year's Eve, so no breakfast in bed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Fitness & Tanning bed

The gym area is open, the tanning bed is still closed.

Frequently asked questions

In the vieuw of the new measures of the 13th of October last, our restaurant facilities are closed to guests from outside. Hotel guests are welcome in the restaurant for breakfast, dinner and lunch. When booking your hotel room, you can directly reserve your breakfast and dinner.

Also as a hotel guest, a maximum of 4 people applies per group for our restaurant/hotelbar. Is your hosehold larger than 4 people? Then there is a exception to this and, if there are more with you, you can join the facilities together.

What are the safety measures you have taken?
We have taken a large number of measures. Our areas are professional cleaned daily. Door handles are cleaned several times a day. We wash our hands every hour. Our restaurant has been redesignated to give you more space and eat with fewer people. For this we use a reservation system. We have placed hand soap columns in various places so that you can wash you’re your hands quickly and easily. Our employees wear mouth masks.

Can I book a room again?
Yes, you can! Did you know that our hotel has never been closed? You can book straight away and also make use of a number of fantastic packages.

Can we book a meeting room?
You can meet safely again at 1.5 meters. We take appropriate distance into account, discuss tight schedules with you and will receive you and your guests personally, perform a health check and show you the way.

Can I rent an (electric) bicycle at the hotel?
Yes, hotel guests can make reservations for an (electric) bike through our Front Desk. Packed lunch can also be reserved through our Front Desk. Each hotel has fine bicycle routes (20/40/60 km) in the surrounding area – suggestions are ready and waiting for you.
