Taking a short getaway and bringing your dog along? We would like to inform you about our house rules to make your stay, as well as that of our other guests, as pleasant as possible.

House Rules for Dogs

  • If you plan to bring your dog(s) to our hotel, please inform us when making your reservation.
  • Dogs are allowed in a limited number of our hotel rooms. Some of our Luxury rooms have been specially designated for this purpose and can be booked based on availability. A surcharge of €22.50 per night applies for bringing one or two dogs (maximum 2 dogs). We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees in case of excessive soiling of the room. Dogs are not allowed on our hotel beds and armchairs.
  • For hygiene reasons, the room must be cleaned daily when staying with a dog. Participation in the Green or Orange Choice program is not possible.
  • Dogs are not allowed in our à la carte restaurant 28Dining or the breakfast restaurant. Due to the current renovation of our Hotel Bar, you are unfortunately not able to bring your dog there at this time. However, we have designated an area in the lounge where you and your dog are welcome and can be served.
  • Dogs are not permitted during the Lazy Sunday Brunch and the Live Cooking buffet.
  • Please ensure that your dog is dry and does not leave muddy paw prints before entering the lounge.
  • Your dog should be well-behaved and not disturb other guests.
  • Dogs must not be left loose or roam around the lounge. Please keep your dog under the table.
  • Do not allow your dog to "eat along" at or under the table.
  • Owners are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property by their dog and will be held liable for repair costs.
  • In the event of persistent noise disturbances, such as barking, we reserve the right to remove the dog from the hotel. Removal due to disturbances does not entitle guests to a refund.
  • Dogs must always be kept on a leash within the hotel and in the parking area.
  • If you are not in the room but your dog is, please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of the door to inform our staff not to enter.
